Your account, encryption keys, notification token and any pending messages are deleted from the server immediately, and all chats and files on your phone are erased. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have your phone, ask your BlackVault administrator to delete your account. The administrator first erases the data on your phone (as soon as it connects) and then deletes the account from the server, normally within 24 hours.
Only security log entries (for example, "account deleted") are kept for up to 90 days to protect other members. They contain no message content.
