Terms of Use

Support · Last updated: October 2026

BlackVault is a private, invite-only messaging and calling service for a small group of invited members. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use BlackVault

Only people who received an invite code from the BlackVault administrator. Each account is personal and may be used on one phone at a time. You must not share your account, PIN or codes.

2. Zero tolerance for abuse

You must not use BlackVault to send or share content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, spam or malware, or that infringes the rights of others. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

3. Reporting and blocking

You can block any contact and report them to the administrator from their profile (Contact info → Report to admin). The administrator reviews reports within 24 hours and can remove offending accounts.

4. Privacy and encryption

Messages, files and calls are end-to-end encrypted. The administrator and the server cannot read your conversations. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Administrator actions

To protect members, the administrator may suspend or delete accounts, erase the data of a lost or stolen phone, reset a forgotten PIN, or issue a code to move an account to a new phone. These actions never give access to message content.

6. Your data and deletion

Chats are stored only on your phone. You can delete messages, clear chats for both sides, or delete your account at any time in Settings. See how to delete your account.

7. No warranty

BlackVault is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
